How It Works
1. Request a Pickup
We currently pickup and deliver north of County Road 466A on Mondays & Thursdays and south of County Road 466A Tuesdays & Fridays . Go to our Request a Pickup page where you’ll have the option to sign up as a new Pickup and Delivery customer.
2. Select Schedule: “On-Demand” or “Scheduled”
You get to decide if you want us to stop every pickup day or just when you need us. On the registration form, select “scheduled” if you want us to stop every time. Select “on demand” if you want us to stop only when you let us know by phone or through our website. You must have clothes for pickup every week to be eligible for scheduled pickups.
3. We’ll Drop Off a Bag and a Hook
Once we receive your registration form, we will call you to confirm that the information is correct. On our first trip to your house or office, we give you a bag with your name on it and a plastic hook. The bag is for future dirty garments that we will pick up. The hook goes over your door each delivery day so the driver has a place to hang your clean laundry. We can place your clean items on your front door, lanai, garage, office storage room, etc. You choose the most convenient spot.
4. Payment Information Securely Stored on File
You do not pay the driver directly. He does not carry cash with him. Instead we keep your debit or credit card number in a secure computer system and bill you the day we deliver your items.
